Jeremy and I met at church, River Valley, in the summer of 2006. We became friends through a small group Bible study and our friendship deepened when we helped our friend, Brad, paint his house. One day Jeremy asked me to go to a Celtic Music concert with him. That first date turned into scarf shopping, seeing the annual holiday show (2006's show was "Mary Poppins") in the Macy's 8th floor, eating at Brit's Pub, watching the Holidazzle parade while drinking hot cocoa, Dean Magraw and John Williams' Celtic music concert at the Cedars Cultural Center, and dessert at Zeno in the Uptown area of Minneapolis. I know from that first date that I would marry him. He waited a few more months to be sure.

Our wedding ceremony will be held at the Eagan Community Center in Eagan, MN. It will be small with family and select friends. My sister Brittany will be my Maid of Honor, another sister, Karissa, along with my best friend, Liz will be my attendants. Best Man will be Brad McCoy with the other two groomsmen being Titus Marshall and Matthew Hawks. The ceremony will be short and to the point, no special music, no unity rites, just the short message and vows. The colors are Ivory with accents of persimmon.

Following the ceremony we are opening up the reception in an open house style with lasagna and variety cakes. My aunt, Joy, will be decorating and my big sister Kim will be Hostess. Come any time between 4-6 for food and make sure to sign the guest book and grab a caramel apple kit.

The Eagan Community Center is located near the intersection of I-494 and I-35E approximately 2 miles from the Minneapolis-St Paul Airport. There are many hotels nearby including the Best Western Eagle Ridge on Washington Drive, Springhill Suites on Crestridge Drive, Hampton Inn on Eagandale PLace, Microtel Inn & Suites on Denmark Ave, and Homestead Studio Suites on Denmark Ave(all in Eagan, MN)
